Oh. My. God

I had prepared, a few weeks ago, a post to stick up when we had 10 games remaining, it brimmed positivity and a call to arms, now it seems about as useless as a flaccid dick. In light of Faurlingate I have changed my tune somewhat to that of caution, nothing is to be presumed in the crazy world of Q.P.R.

We all know the story by now, the signing if Alejandro Faurlin was a dodgy as a mock leather purse with Guccy written across the front. What are the repercussions though?

None: Lets be positive first, why not. Rangers claim no wrongdoing here, should this be the case, should we get off scott free then we can all get on with our lives and hopefully enjoy a wonderful end to a wonderful season

A legacy tainted: Most fans would take a fine and carry on the season without a care in the world. However were we to hoist The Championship trophy on the final day of the season you can bet every other fan of a Championship club will be screaming blue murder. A friend of mine is a Cardiff fan and he is licking his lips at the prospect of not only throwing the book at Q.P.R but how the sense of indignity may galvanize our challengers. We don’t want an asterix next to our name in football’s history, we may have to take one.

A fit punishment?: Wading through all the bullshit in the papers one thing is certain, Rangers cheated. We fielded an ineligible player last season and tried to rectify it at the start of this season. Quite frankly if we then fudged it up due to Gianni Paladini’s incompetence (more on him later) we only have ourselves to blame. Cheats never prosper, and if we knowingly cheated then the punishment could range from losing a chunk of Premiership T.V money to a points deduction. Were the points to be deducted this season it is the fans who will suffer. Fans are always cited as the collateral when punishments are dolled out. Luton, Leeds, Plymouth and Pompey fans have done nothing wrong yet have seen their clubs docked points for boardroom shenanigans. Heartbreaking for the fans, wallet breaking for the boardroom. There are of course instances where fans have been punished and it has cost the club. Most famously when English teams were banned from Europe due to the disgusting habits of the ‘fans’ who followed them. The fans of football clubs bought that upon themselves, should Serbia be kicked out of Euro 2012 for their fans behavior then the supporters have nobody to blame but themselves. On Tuesday night we played at Millwall. I could fill a whole dissertation with thoughts on their fans, but were their team a little more competent then they could have benefited from a potential Q.P.R points deduction. Those disgraces to mankind, racists and all, would be able to lord it over the Q.P.R fans who whilst by no stretch are whiter than white deserve their place at England’s top table ahead of the South London Scum.

An ongoing court case: West Ham fans will be reveling in the irony that Neil Warnock has been thrust into this role once more, they will be shuddering at the memories of settlements, court cases and third party rulings. We don’t want a court case, by god it could crush the club. Uncertainty is a killer as highlighted by the swift change in everyones predictions for our game on Saturday at home to relegation haunted Palace from win to loss. We need resolutions and we need them quickly. It’s like a loved one at deaths door, you just sort of want them to die so everyone can begin to grieve and remember the good times, the way that 75/76 doesn’t hurt now the same way it would have back then.

Gianni’s curtain call: Armel Tchakounte, Allesandro Pellicori, Egutu Oliseh, Adam Czerkas, Matteo Alberti, Mauro Milanese…. anyone who thinks Gianni Paladini isn’t benefiting from our transfer dealings is a deluded fool. Fans aren’t as stupid as board members think they are and have seen him for the slimeball he is ever since he slicked his way into the halls of Loftus Road. Since his arrival the man has been nothing but an Albatross around the neck of Q.P.R. Some claim he is a nice man, I call bullshit. I’ve seen it first hand during a time when I was privvy to sitting in the directors box, you are ignored until he needs something from you. When I started this website I claimed I wouldn’t get into bed with all the online politics Q.P.R have but this is perhaps the final straw. I’m 25 years old, Q.P.R were relegated in 1996 when I was 11, for over half of my life we have been traveling to places like Grimsby, Barnsley, Scunthorpe, Hartlepool, Rushden and Diamonds, Oldham and Port Vale. This season is it, great manager, great players, cunt of a chairman. Most would say that no punishment is the best outcome here, it isn’t. A fine and a banning for Paladini from football would bring a celebratory wankfest from me. His one trump card of saving the club appears to have now been trumped itself. Even if he is proved innocent I will stand by my opinion that he is a cancer to this club. (I apologize to cancer for bunging you in with Gianni Paladini)

I still plan to post that positive post, but will wait a few weeks. Take our mood from the actions of the players, when Jamie Mackie broke his leg we found a way to deal with it, when Watford and Leeds spanked us we fought back, when Taarabt threw a strop at Hull we dug in and ground out a point, when Leon Clarke signed we eventually loaned him to Preston. Stay positive, sing yer heart out for the lads on Saturday, they’ll take their cue from us and when I touch down in London for a long awaited pilgrimage home in mid April I hope to find a club still worth something to be proud of.

If you can, have a read of the Fulham Cronical, may shed more light on the matter.

How the hell do we benifit from your points deduction??

  6. Calm down Millwall fans! Firstly I state that our own fans are in no way whiter than white. I also said that were Millwall competent they could benefit, ie if they had more points on the board.
The point is that your club has a protracted history of crowd trouble/violence and were Millwall punished in some sort of way for this then the fans would have only themselves to blame. If we are deducted points for boardroom shenanigans then the fans could feel aggrieved as they had no input into the situation whatsoever.
Also the general consensus among QPR fans about the atmosphere at The New Den is ‘wow.’ Intimidating and terrifying, it’s something to be proud of. Violence is not, and I mean that for both ‘Wall and QPR fans

can’t argue with most of that (especially the millwall bit). but on one of our cardiff websites there there was debate on this. by a small majority, the arguement that “you have been the outstanding club in the division & deserve the promotion, whatever that may mean to us” came out on top. – get rid of gp – go up – & let us have the 3pts in april.
